Anti-corrosive Bottle Filling Plugging Capping Line

Brief Introduction  

This automatic corrosion-resistant bottle filling line is a high-tech packaging system controlled by a microcomputer PLC with integrated photoelectric sensing and pneumatic actuation. All operating parameters are conveniently set via an HMI touch screen. Components that come into contact with liquids are manufactured from corrosion-resistant non-metallic materials, and the filling nozzles feature a diving function to effectively eliminate foam and bubbles.

The complete line integrates multiple machines, including a bottle plugger, automatic screw-on capper, and bottle collection turntable, ensuring seamless and efficient packaging. It is primarily designed for bottling free-flowing chemical products with aggressive or corrosive properties.
