Introduction
The Automatic Tracking Double-Heads Capping Machine is a state-of-the-art protective capping device controlled by an advanced PLC program and HMI touch screen control. It operates seamlessly, with bottles continuously moving throughout the capping process without interruption. This machine is equipped with a sophisticated system that automatically lifts, sorts, and arranges lids, efficiently picking up lids and accurately tracking them for screwing. The capping operation is carried out without damaging either the lid or the bottle, ensuring that bottles remain upright and prevent any liquid leakage. The machine boasts high-speed performance and exceptional capping efficiency, utilizing a servo motor to grasp and cap lids precisely. The lid-revolving head features a clutch mechanism to ensure that the tightened lid is not damaged during the process. This versatile machine is customized to suit for capping 0.5 to 30-liter barrels with plastic screwing caps.
