The air-blow dryer uses the large air volume generated by the blower to blow off/blow dry the water drops outside the bottle, so as to achieve the effect of blow-drying, thus preparing for the next step of code spraying, labeling, labeling and other packaging. The overall structure of the air blow dryer is reasonable and simple, and it is easy to operate. At the same time, the drying principle is through the wind instead of high temperature, which is more suitable for some plastic bottles that are not resistant to high temperature. It is an ideal choice for small drying equipment. The air knife dryer is mainly composed of 11kw (two 5.5Kw) vortex fans, stainless steel and glass frames and air knives. Double rows of small air knives are adopted, and the air knives can be freely adjusted up, down, left and right, which fully guarantees the drying effect, and has strong applicability to bottles with different diameters and heights.
