Technical Description

Rotating Disk Filling and Capping Machine is a monoblock machine combines filling and capping, applicable for various bottles and liquids, PLC computer system and touch screen controlling, filling part is driven by the servo motor, adopting the volumetric principle, which is helped to realize the high filling precision. Capping part consists of cap-feeder, cap-scratch, cap-clamping, bottle conveying and capping parts. The whole machine runs stably and reliably with high efficient and high adaptation. The above mentioned parts are made of stainless steel 304, totally matching GMP requirements.
