Technical Description
Automatic tracking single head capping machine is protective automatic capping machine and control by PLC program. Bottles keep running(do not stop) when capping, and it can automatically elevate lid, sort lid and arrange lid, taking lid and tracking screwing lid. It does not damage lid or bottle, bottles keeping running and will not have liquid pour out of bottle, ensure high speed, high capping efficiency. The machine grasp lids capping lids through servo motor, lid-revolving head has a clutch to ensure the tightened lid not to damage. It suits for capping of 0.5-30 Liter barrels, plastic screwing caps.
