Full-automatic Inline capping machine For Plastic Thread Cap is a new generation of products we introduced and developed, which is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, beverage, oil and pesticides for automatic rotary sealing, in the production line. It can also configure transport aircraft alone. Its most prominent feature is that it can adapt to all shapes and types of the bottle just by adjusting without any additional parts. Eight-wheel straight-line capping machine is suitable for large and small caliber bottle caps, and solves the problem of screwing large caliber wide-mouth caps, with high speed and high qualification rate. This machine can be equipped with a lifting type capping machine, which can lift the capping and screw the capping to realize automation and intelligence perfectly. Configuration can be selected as required. Easy to adjust, large size range (bottle diameter Φ 20-180-height 50-400, cap Φ 10-150, no need to change accessories) This machine is equipped with PLC touch screen, which is intelligent, faster and has higher qualification rate.  The machine meets the GMP requirements, easy to disassemble, clean and maintain.
